I’m Ros Eunson
A herbalist that sees complexity and likes to get to the bottom of things.
Who I work with
I work in partnership with people who have a health problem that is causing them worry and bother. Sometimes it’s a new concern, sometimes it’s chronic and won’t improve, and frequently there are shades of both. Commonly clients are in pain or discomfort, feeling lost and overwhelmed and may be soldiering on or battling with things, unsure of where to start or next steps.
Frequently people will have seen a GP, a specialist in the NHS or be on medication, but are finding they need a bit more than a 10 minute appointment. They want an approach that looks at things in a more joined up and holistic way and where they will be seen and heard more personally. Whilst holding regard for conventional care and its benefits and limitations, there is perhaps a want to steer away from hierarchy, institution and lack of accountability. And towards a space where there is more time to question, explore and understand. I have a real focus on ethical, responsible, pro-social and non-coercive behaviours, having experienced a lack of these in various settings. If you’ve not been treated well I understand and hope to change that.
Many are seeking a more natural and authentic approach, they want to deepen understanding of what’s going on and what they can do for themselves. I find my clients know their concerns well and are often active in researching their health and different opinions, maybe using herbs, foods, supplements or helpful practices themselves at home, all of which I love hearing about and supporting. There is often a desire to connect with the healing we can find in plants and nature, and the beauty and awe we find in the outdoors. If this sounds like you, you’re in the right place!
Herbal medicine can treat and support a wide variety of health problems. Read about what is seen in a herbal medicine clinic below or book a free discovery chat to see if it’s right for you and your own concerns.

How it works
Through a first consultation I provide a framework where we talk through your health and symptoms holistically and meaningfully, checking into each of the twelve body systems as recognised in conventional medicine. I provide structured support and clarity for next steps by way of a suggested herbal medicine and nutrition plan, which is very much personalised based on our conversations and your likes and dislikes. I can offer suggestions based on dosed medicine or foods.
I aim to work alongside existing care or treatment, crafting herbal medicine blends and individualised nutrition plans to complement any current mediation. Rather than quick fixes I look to guide towards lasting balance and well being.
I am accredited by the Irish Register of Herbalists
I am a qualified herbal medicine practitioner and a member of the Irish Register of Herbalists, a professional body for fully trained, safe and competent herbalists. I hold insurance and a DBS.
